Curious about breathwork but want to chat before you book? This is a relaxed 15-minute phone call with me. You can ask anything about Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), what a session involves, and whether it feels like the right fit for you right now. There’s no pressure to book, and no breathwork happens on the call. It’s just a chance to ask your questions and get a feel for working together.

Private 1:1 Breathwork Session (2 hours)

A two-hour Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) session in Leura, just for you. FBR combines conscious connected breathing with hands-on practitioner support, and the session is shaped around your pace, your depth and what comes up on the day. Even the playlist is chosen for you.

We start with a conversation, then move into around 70 minutes of breathwork, with time at the end to come back, settle and share what came up. No breathwork experience is needed.

Before your session you’ll be sent a short intake form to complete. If you’re not sure whether breathwork is right for you, book a free connection call first.

Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) combines conscious connected breathing with hands-on practitioner support: attuned touch and bodywork, from gentle to firm, agreed beforehand and guided by what your nervous system needs in the moment.

Rather than trying to change your experience, we become curious about it. As you breathe, your breath begins to reveal the patterns your body has developed over time, and together we explore them with awareness and compassion.
